Le Café Picard is a local, family-run roasting company based in Picardy, in the Oise region of France, offering 16 different products from the world's leading coffee-producing areas. You'll also find in-house recipes such as our gourmet/Italian blends and our Moka from Ethiopia (the cradle of coffee).
We treat this product with respect, using a low-temperature/long-term cooking process and a minimum of 48 hours' rest before packaging to obtain the most authentic product possible, with no excess bitterness.
